Software Licences: What We Cover and What You Bring

Windows Server 2022 is the only software licence included in the price. You do not need to bring your own Windows licence or ISO. Every other piece of software you run on the server, including SEO tools, automation software, proxies, browsers and any third-party application, is licensed and supplied by you.

What exactly do I get with this Windows VPS?

A virtual private server in our Singapore data centre with licensed Windows Server 2022 already installed, admin RDP access, a static IPv4 address and a shared 10Gbps port. The base plan is 1 AMD EPYC 7763 vCPU, 2GB of ECC RAM and 35GB of NVMe storage, and you can add cores, RAM or disk at any point.

Which software licences are included?

Only Windows Server 2022. That licence is included in the price and we install and activate it for you, so you never need to supply your own Windows key or ISO. Everything else you install, whether that is GSA Search Engine Ranker, a browser automation tool or an office suite, you buy and license yourself.

How do I get access after ordering?

We build the server on our Singapore node, install and activate Windows Server 2022, and then send you the IP address and admin RDP credentials. From that point you connect with the Remote Desktop client built into Windows, or any RDP client on macOS or Linux, and the server is yours to configure.

Can I upgrade the VPS later?

Yes. Add vCPU cores, RAM or NVMe storage at any time by opening a ticket. Pricing is $5 per extra core up to 10 cores, $5 per extra gigabyte of RAM up to 24GB, and $5 per extra 20GB of storage. You do not need to rebuild the server or reinstall your software.

Is the 10Gbps port dedicated to my VPS?

No, the 10Gbps port is shared across the VPS instances on the node. In practice that still gives high throughput for browsing, automation and traffic tools, which is what most customers run here. If your workload needs guaranteed dedicated bandwidth, contact us before ordering rather than after.

Where is the server located?

All of these VPS instances are hosted in our Singapore data centre. Singapore gives low latency across South East Asia, India, Australia and East Asia, and solid routing to Europe and North America. Our own team and support sit in Bangkok, one hour behind Singapore, on Indochina Time UTC+7.

Can I run bots and traffic exchange software?

Yes. Bots, automation tools and traffic exchange software such as Hitleap and Jingling are explicitly allowed, and admin-level RDP means you can install them yourself. The fair usage policy still applies: no crypto mining, no spam, no hacking and no torrents. Those four are the only hard limits.

Do I need to be technical to use this?

If you can use a Windows desktop, you can use this VPS. It arrives with Windows Server 2022 installed and activated, and you connect over Remote Desktop to a normal Windows desktop environment. Beginners usually only need to install their tools and set them running. Ticket support is there if you get stuck.

What payment methods do you accept?

Stripe handles all major cards, including Visa and Mastercard, and is available on every term. Crypto is accepted on the 6-month and 12-month terms. PayPal becomes available after three months as a customer. Renewals run on the same method you used for the original order unless you ask us to change it.

What is your refund policy?

First-time VPS customers can cancel within 7 days of purchase for a refund. Discounted and promotional plans are not refundable, and we do not offer free trials, so take the monthly term if you want to try the server before committing. Full terms are on our refund policy page.
