Access to our XEvil captcha server is authorised against the IP address you gave us when the service was set up, so if your VPS is rebuilt, your proxy is replaced or your connection moves, submissions stop working until the new address is authorised. What is a Xevil proxy change?

It is a request to change the IP address that is allowed to use your XEvil captcha solving service. The captcha server only accepts connections from an authorised address, so when your address changes, the authorisation has to change with it. The one dollar charge covers handling the request.

How long does it take?

Asia Virtual Solutions is based in Bangkok and support runs on Indochina Time, UTC+7, so a request placed outside those hours is picked up the following working day. If submissions are still failing after the change, open a support ticket quoting your order number.
