We provide digital products and services, each with its own guarantee or refund window as stated on the individual product sales page. Outside those windows, all sales are final.

2. Product-Specific Guarantees

  • GSA Email Accounts: 90-day replacement guarantee
  • Proxy Services: 30-day uptime guarantee
  • AI Article Packs: 7-day satisfaction guarantee

To request a replacement or refund under your product’s guarantee:

  1. Open a support ticket at within the guarantee period.
  2. Provide evidence of the issue (screenshots, logs, etc.).
  3. Allow up to 2 business days for review and issuance of a replacement or credit.

3. General Non-Refundable Clause

All digital goods and services not covered by a specific guarantee above are non-refundable once delivered or access has been granted.

4. Dispute Cooperation Requirement

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to refuse any replacement, credit, or refund, and to recover any fees incurred.

5. Withdrawal of Digital Services

In rare cases, we may need to discontinue or suspend a service. If this happens within 30 days of your purchase, you will be offered a pro-rated credit toward another product.
