Cookie Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This page explains what cookies are, which ones asiavirtualsolutions.com uses, and how you can control them. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers personal data more broadly.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. It lets the site remember things between page loads — that you are logged in, what is in your cart, or which language you chose. Some cookies are deleted when you close the browser. Others stay for a set period.

Similar technologies do the same job under different names: local storage, session storage, and pixels. Where we say “cookies” below, we mean all of these.

Why we use them

We use cookies for four reasons: to keep the site working, to remember your preferences, to understand how the site is used, and to credit affiliates who send us customers. We do not sell cookie data, and we do not run a display advertising network on this site.

The cookies we use

CategoryWhat it doesSet by
Strictly necessaryKeeps you logged in, remembers your shopping cart and checkout session, protects forms against spam and the site against attacks. The site does not work without these.WordPress, WooCommerce, CleanTalk, Patchstack
Membership accessConfirms that a logged-in customer is entitled to the link list member area and its downloads.Groups, Members
PreferencesRemembers the language you selected and dismisses notices you have already closed, so they do not reappear on every page.TranslatePress, site notices
AnalyticsCounts visits and tracks which pages and products are viewed, so we can see what is useful and what is not. Aggregated, not used to identify you personally.Google Tag Manager, WooCommerce analytics
Affiliate trackingRecords that an affiliate referred you, so their commission is credited correctly if you buy.Affiliates Enterprise

Exact cookie names change when plugins update, so we describe them by purpose rather than listing names that go stale. You can see the full, current list for yourself at any time in your browser — see the next section.

Third-party services

We load Google Tag Manager, which is the container we use to manage analytics tags. Tags loaded through it may set their own cookies under Google’s terms rather than ours. Payments are handled by Stripe, PayPal and Cryptomus on their own systems; when you pay, those providers may set cookies for fraud prevention. We never see or store your full card details.

We do not run Google AdSense, DoubleClick or any third-party display advertising on this site. Any banners you see are our own products, served from our own server.

How to see and control your cookies

Every modern browser lets you view, block and delete cookies. In Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari you will find the controls under Settings, then Privacy. In most browsers you can also press F12, open the Application or Storage tab, and see exactly which cookies a site has set.

Two things are worth knowing before you block everything:

  • Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break login, the cart and checkout. You will not be able to buy or reach the member area.
  • Private or incognito windows clear cookies when you close them, so you will be logged out and any affiliate referral will be lost.

Analytics can be turned off independently of the rest by using your browser’s tracking protection or an ad blocker. The site works normally without it.
