GSA SER Expert Setup, Configuration and Troubleshooting

GSA SER expert setup is a live one-hour session in which Michael Swart connects to your VPS and configures GSA Search Engine Ranker with you, hands on. He has worked with GSA Search Engine Ranker since December 2012. A wrong proxy setting, CAPTCHA configuration, submission option or project filter can quietly destroy your link building results, and most people do not spot it for weeks.

The session is not a written report or a support ticket. We log in, look at your actual installation, and fix what is wrong while you watch.

How do you connect to my VPS?

By Remote Desktop Protocol. You provide your Windows VPS IP address, username and password. If you prefer, we can connect through TeamViewer using your ID and a one-time password instead. Credentials are used only for the session and are never stored. Change your password afterwards if that makes you more comfortable.

Do I need GSA SER already installed?

No. We can help whether you are starting from nothing or already have GSA Search Engine Ranker installed and running. The session covers everything from a first-time install through to advanced configuration and performance troubleshooting. Tell us which situation you are in when we schedule the time.

What if my issue is not resolved inside the hour?

Most setup and configuration issues are resolved well within the hour. If yours is not, we give you clear written guidance covering the remaining steps, included with your recording at no extra charge. If the remaining work is substantial, you can book a second session rather than being left with a half-fixed setup.

We are based in Bangkok and work on Indochina Time, UTC+7. We schedule sessions with clients worldwide and can accommodate a wide range of time zones, including early mornings and late evenings here. Tell us your timezone and preferred window when we contact you.

Do you offer a refund if I am not satisfied?

This is a hands-on service using real time and expertise, so once a session is completed it cannot be returned and refunds are handled under our published refund policy.
