Server Migration Notice

Subject: Scheduled Maintenance Notice – Temporary Downtime on 22 March (Singapore Server Only)

Dear Valued Customer,

We want to inform you of an upcoming scheduled server migration temporarily affecting our Singapore-based VPS hosting services.

Scheduled Downtime
Date: Saturday, 22 March 2025
Time: From 9:00 AM SGT
Estimated Duration: 4 to 8 hours

What’s Happening?
Our Singapore server, hosted at the SG DC1 data center, will be physically relocated to a new data center facility (Global Switch Tai Seng, with upstream provider xTom). This move is necessary due to our current upstream provider, Datacamp/CDN77, ceasing operations at the existing location.

Important Notes:

• Only VPS services hosted in Singapore will be temporarily affected.
• There will be no data loss, as the entire server rack is being physically moved and reconnected at the new location.
• There will be no changes to IP addresses.
• If your VPS IP starts with 108.171.195.xxx, you are on our Los Angeles server, E you will not be affected by this migration.

The following services will NOT be affected and will remain fully operational during the migration:

• Our Captcha-Solving Services
• Our IPv4 Proxy Service E Xevil IPv6 Proxy Service
• Our GSA SER Email Services
• Our RankerX Email Services
• Our main website at https://asiavirtualsolutions.com
